My opinion is MAYBE. I choose maybe because some students should not be allowed to take the phones to school because all they do is interrupt class while others want to learn. Phones should be allowed for or ONLY EMERGENCY not for playing around. Litzy Rodriguez 53

My opinion is to choose to have phones because if you miss the bus you would want someone to pick you up so you have to call your parent or someone that you know that can pick you up.But there is a reason why its not good to bring cell phones to school is because when your in class your not going to be able to do your work.When you bring a cell phone to school you can call your parent or someone you can trust that something bad happened at school.The whole point is that at times it is a good thing to bring your cell phone to school. My opinion is that phones are aloud to be used in school. The reason why I think that because it sometimes can help you with math and reading and you can search the web to look up stuff. Also it's persuasive because it makes me think of things that we can use them for like looking up the school lunch.
I think that using cell phones in school should be allowed but only for emergency. I think that you could use your phone to look up stuff in class. But the other reason you should be able to use your phone is if you had no lunch money.

LET US KIDS HAVE PHONES!!!!!! We can use it for energansies like if we miss our bus. but we should not play with it during class. We should always have the phone off.
I say the should be alowed because what if there is an emergency and you need to call someone.I also say they should be alowed in school because what if you dont know what something means and your trying to find a way to look it up but you cant you can us a resource. I also say they shouldnt be alowed because some people are trying to learn and some people are going to be disrepectful. So that is why i think i.should and shouldnt be alowed. i say phones should be aloud because if a student needs a calculator they can go straight to to there own phone cause everyone has a calculator.if theres an emergency they can call there parents or someone else in trust.Phones are very usefull DONT let them go to waist.
I am kind of on both sides. I say that because iI found a reson for both sides. I say yes because yes , some kids do play on there phone in class and get in trouble but in the question it just says that people have there phone at school, it dosent say they have it in there desk or hve it on, they could just have it but in ther book bag. It dosent say there using there phone it just says they have it. I also say no because on the link they give good suport, they say that kids are having there phones and are getting bad grades because they are not paying attention not paying games, they are saying tat the kids are not using it the way they are supose to and they are saying that the teachers are not teaching and so they have there phone but what would ther phone do about it all they would do is play games or texting.
